Club Meeting Success

Our latest meeting was filled with new faces, club updates, and celebrations of the people who make the Mountain Bears special!

We welcomed new members and guests and held our club elections. Congratulations to Holiday, re-elected for a second term as President, and Dennis, re-elected as Treasurer! We still have open positions and welcome members who would like to get more involved.

Congratulations to Susan, our Bear of the Month! We recognized her dedication and contributions to the club. Susan generously shared a poem she wrote as a thank-you. You can find her poem and others on our website!

Laura reminded everyone about the Blue Jay Holiday Parade on December 5. We need walkers and participants, so please join us!

Holiday shared updates on our recent No Kings rally, MAC meeting discussions about Flock cameras and code enforcement, and the importance of advocating for neighbors facing gaps in IHSS and other essential services.

We also celebrated the success of our Running Springs Farmers Market booth and Rim High School voter registration efforts. Thank you to all our volunteers!

Don’t forget to vote! Our November ballot recommendations are available on our club website to help you review the propositions and measures www.mountainbearsdemocrats.org
