Welcome to our first 2026 meeting
Looking ahead for 2026-Let’s forge ahead with clarity, strategy and strength.
Our 2026 strategy:
- Listen- Roll out a truly nonpartisan survey that listens to the community and identifies the issues that matter most to them.
- Big tent- Building a winning coalition means opening our doors wider. We should move past purity tests and welcome those who share our core goals, even if we differ on specific details.
- Grow our membership- Together we are stronger. Many feel hopeless and bullied in this community. Let’s be the place where they can find refuge and purpose.
- Trust- Continue our community involvement and build a positive reputation in society.
- Endorsement – Our Club’s credibility is reflected in every endorsement we make. We endorse qualified candidates we are proud to promote in our district, with a clear objective: to win.
- Local Democracy- Empowering citizens to elect local officials who manage public affairs, ensuring services are relevant, and fostering participation in decisions affecting daily life, operating under principles of accountability and subsidiarity.
- Good Trouble- Continue the fight by making our voices heard—through protest, writing, and visible civic engagement—demonstrating our unity and our shared commitment to democracy.
I’m excited about 2026. If we learn from the past we can create a new future. We have everything in the works to start off the year running. Let’s keep evolving, listening, pivoting and fighting. Democracy and our country are worth fighting for.
