A Commitment to Education

Education is the basic foundation for any doctor, but a degree is just the beginning. To provide my patients with the most advanced dental care possible means education is a continual process that never really ends.
• Bachelor of Arts – University of California, San Diego
• Master of Science – California State University, San Diego
• Doctorate of Dental Medicine – Washington University School of Dental Medicine
• Post Doctoral Training – Pride Institute

Hugh A. Bialecki, DMD

When I started this practice, I made it my mission to offer my patients gentle, friendly, and thorough dental care. I treat each patient the way I’d like to be treated, just like family. Nothing has changed over the years, and I am still committed to continuing this tradition for as long as I practice dentistry.

Active in the Community

I believe in giving back to the community what it has given me and my family. I spend a lot of my extra time contributing to its quality of life by sharing my knowledge about health, dentistry, and the environment. I am involved in the following organizations:
• Consultant – Operation Provider Spring Makeover Project
• Lake Arrowhead Rotary Club
• Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce
• Rim of the World Recreation and Park District
• Save Our Forest Association
• Arrowhead Lake Association
• Sierra Club

Married 35 years to Hugh. Raised 3 sons who attended Rim schools.

We moved here Sept 1989 and immediately became involved with our local community, the Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce, Arrowhead Arts Association, the Sierra Club and the Save Our Forest Association (SOFA). The US Forest Service had three large parcels of national forest for sale because they had been deemed to have lost forest characteristics. These parcels were surrounded by homes and were not completely surrounded by our national forest lands; one was located along Grass Valley Road in Lake Arrowhead, one in Twin Peaks around Strawberry Peak, and the third parcel in Valley of Enchantment in Crestline. The Grass Valley Road parcel was traded out of public hands and ended up intended as the private development known as Eagle Ridge. Over many years our local community, including the Audubon Society, Sierra Club and SOFA fought this development. We attended frequent meetings with our attorney, and spoke at Board of Supervisor meetings and Planning meetings. Ultimately the project was approved by the Board of Supervisors, and for a variety of subsequent reasons was never built.
