The Mountain Bear Democratic Club along with our friends from the Big Bear Democratic club ROCKED the boat tonight at House Rep Jay Obernolte’s town hall meeting. Many of us got to speak and ask questions.
All the House Rep Jay Obernolte talked about was making cuts and fiscal responsibility … not about the people nor Californias needs. We made it known he works for the people of California and we are watching

.I got to ask a question :
Trump is slashing all federally funded programs like FEMA, Education, Medicaid, CDC, Aviation, Health and Safety … and at the same time the house of representatives is asking for a 4 trillion dollar raise for the rich and Musk. Please explain if you are voting yes or no for this budget and how with Trump hating California helps YOUR voters.
His answer was yes! Cut everything for the people…. Raises for the rich. I guess he thinks we’re stupid.
Well, it was a great showing and I think we were heard! Great experience .
